“Visions of Warriors” will be screening twice at Foothill College on Tuesday, 10/22/19, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Monday, 11/4/19, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Tuesday, 10/22/19 screening is in honor of Disability Awareness Week. The Monday, 11/4/19 screening is preceded by a Veterans Day Salute: Art Showcase & Resource Fair at the Foothill Rotary Veterans Plaza from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The screenings are presented by the college’s Veterans Resource Center (VRC). According to their site, Foothill College, located in Los Altos Hills in Northern California, “educates students from diverse backgrounds that represents the demographics of the Bay Area, with particular attention to underserved and underrepresented populations.” The mission of the VRC is “to ensure that our nation’s student veterans and military service members are provided quality services and opportunities for academic success, professional growth, and meaningful employment.” We’re honored to assist the college and their VRC in their important mission.
