We’re thrilled to announce that “Visions of Warriors” will be screening at the Santa Maria Public Library on Monday, 5/6/19, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month. Through its Veterans Connect @ the Library program, this library connects veterans and their families to benefits and services for which they’re eligible. National Mental Health Awareness Month raises awareness about and educates the public on mental health as well as reduces the stigma of mental illness. Thank you to Jose Gaytan, Joanne Britton, the Santa Maria Public Library, their Veterans Connect @ the Library program, and the California Center for the Book for this great honor.
